    Flame HQ apps - skin v2.1.2 (2026-08-24) Stable

    Flame HQ — branded Element apps for the estate. Server: https://hq.b2bgrowth.systems (web app, no install; also the Element tab in drive.b2bgrowth.systems).

    Skin: the desktop installers bundle web skin v2.1.2 — includes the v2.1.1 composer black-square fix and the v2.1.2 online-presence green-dot fix. Android is the native Element X app: it carries no web skin (the web-skin fixes do not apply to it) and connects to the live server, where the current skin is served for web surfaces.

    Sign-in required: this git server requires login to view/download (estate policy). Accounts are admin-created.

    Install notes:

    • mac (app v1.12.26): unsigned/ad-hoc build — right-click → Open on first launch (Gatekeeper).
    • Windows (app v1.12.26): unsigned NSIS one-click installer; SmartScreen may warn — More info → Run anyway.
    • Android (Element X 26.08.2, package systems.b2bgrowth.flamehq, signed CN=Flame HQ): sideload — allow installs from unknown sources. Push is UnifiedPush-only (needs an ntfy/NextPush distributor); no FCM. Future updates must be signed with the same keystore.
    • iOS: no installable exists (no Apple developer account). iOS users install stock Element from the App Store and sign in against https://hq.b2bgrowth.systems.

    Built on mac-prime from flame-hq-element/ (element-web + element-desktop v1.12.26 monorepo, Element X 26.08.2 fdroid flavor). INT-628.
